Growing up, I always wanted to be an artist.
I was the kid who constantly sketched, painted, and turned anything I could find into some kind of project. That passion eventually led me to study illustration at Moore College of Art & Design, dreaming of life as an illustrator. But somewhere along the way, I discovered something even more fulfilling: collaborating with talented teams to bring creative ideas to life.
I found my true calling in creative leadership—where I could shape the big picture while supporting and empowering others to do their best work. That path led me into product development and creative direction, and for over two decades I’ve had the privilege of leading teams across industries like greeting cards, home décor, stationery, and toys.
I love building products that resonate with consumers and stand out in the market. I also genuinely enjoy solving problems, meeting deadlines (yes, really), and working with people who bring energy and ideas to the table. But what I value most is helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow—not just as professionals, but as people.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen how strong relationships lead to stronger creative outcomes. Whether I’m collaborating with colleagues, clients, or manufacturers, I value the partnerships that make the work—and the process—better and more rewarding.
Outside of work, I’m still an artist at heart. Whether painting, sewing, working with stained glass, or exploring some new creative outlet, I’m happiest when I’m making things. My family inspires me too—they keep me curious, creative, and grounded (and laughing, most days).
I approach each day with humor, positivity, and gratitude. If you’re looking for a creative leader who brings heart, strategy, and a little Philly grit—I’m your girl.
